Jenny is a Chartered Psychologist, recognised by the British Psychological Society, a full member of the Division of Occupational Psychology, and a Principal Practitioner of the Association for Business Psychologists. She is registered with the HCPC.

She holds an MA(Hons) in Psychology from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, and has completed a Diploma in Coaching at Warwick University. She is qualified to use a wide range of psychometric tests of ability, personality and emotional intelligence.

Jenny has a broad experience in working with clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. These have included a number of UN agencies including UNDP, UNESCO, UNOPS, UNAIDS, IOM and the World Food Programme, as well as the NHS, International Civil Service, Church of England, Elephants Don’t Forget, The Skills Network, and UK Athletics. She retains close working relationships with a number of leading occupational psychology consultancies and often works with a network of peers.

She has extensive experience in supporting leaders achieve great results and accelerate their own development. Diversity and inclusion are important themes that run through all of her work and she actively champions wellbeing and appreciation of human needs within her solutions.

Jenny is based in Leamington Spa but works with clients all over the world.
